Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for Riverside, develop a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and present product education videos, including scripting, shooting, and editing
- Develop and enhance Riverside University as a comprehensive learning platform for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability
- Proficient in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape
- Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture equipment
