Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos, develop a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce, script, and edit product education videos for the YouTube channel and Riverside University
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback
- Scale tutorials and teach new features as they are released, acting as the primary on-camera representative for Riverside
Required qualifications
- Proven on-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting skills
- Strong video editing capabilities, able to create polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and understanding of industry terminology
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
