Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging educational videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy by scripting, shooting, and editing videos as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features upon release, ensuring high-quality content that reflects user feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Design, and Social to enhance content quality and relevance
Required qualifications
- Proven on-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Strong video editing abilities from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
