Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and drive the product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos for YouTube and other platforms
• Develop and enhance Riverside University to serve as a premier learning resource for users
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability, demonstrated through video links
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a solid understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
