Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and feedback integration.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy by scripting, shooting, and editing videos as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University to provide comprehensive learning resources for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and effective user feedback integration
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with content creation and publishing processes
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment and setups
