Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos for the YouTube channel, develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and independently produce videos from scripting to editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to incorporate user feedback into content
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting skills
- Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape
- Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
