Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop a learning hub, and drive educational strategy while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce, script, shoot, and edit product education videos for the YouTube channel
- Develop and enhance Riverside University as a premier learning resource for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation style
- Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment and setups
