Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos, develop the Riverside University learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and present product education videos for YouTube, scripting, shooting, and editing independently
- Develop and enhance Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
