Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for the company's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and present product education videos from scripting to final cut
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University as a comprehensive learning resource
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting skills
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of creating polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and excellent command of English
- Knowledge of technical setups for video production, including cameras and lighting
