Job Summary
Owning the product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos, deliver demos, and develop Riverside University while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce videos from scripting to editing as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and build Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing video presentations
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final pieces independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture equipment
