Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos, develop a learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user understanding of Riverside's platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and independently produce videos from scripting to editing
• Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University as a premier learning resource
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the content creation landscape and familiarity with relevant terminology
• Knowledge of technical setups including cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment
