Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and collaborate across teams to enhance content quality and user engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the product education strategy and produce all video content from scripting to editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability, demonstrated through a portfolio of video work
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences without losing essential details
- Fluency in the content creation landscape, with an understanding of how creators publish content
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
