Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the full-time remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos, develop Riverside University, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and present product education videos for YouTube, from scripting to final cut
- Develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and understanding of publishing processes
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
