Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end production of educational content, the remote Video Education Manager will create and deliver product education videos, develop a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and publish product education videos for the YouTube channel, including scripting, shooting, and editing
- Develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users, scaling tutorials and teaching new features
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presence and ability to engage an audience
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse user levels
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
