Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce all videos from scripting to editing as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released, ensuring content is visually exceptional
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presence and ability to engage audiences
- Proficient in video editing, capable of transforming raw footage into polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced users
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a deep understanding of content creation and publishing
- Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear for effective setup recommendations
