Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos, develop a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and independently produce educational videos from scripting to editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure exceptional content quality and integrate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability, demonstrated through a portfolio or links to video content
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final pieces from raw footage
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences without losing essential details
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video setup, including cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment
