Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University, and drive product education strategy in a highly cross-functional role.
Key responsibilities
- Produce, script, shoot, and edit product education videos as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a leading learning hub
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to enhance content quality and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in content creation and publishing processes
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment and setups
