Video Education Manager

Job Summary

To drive product education strategy, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos from script to final cut, scale YouTube tutorials, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production of product education videos, including scripting, shooting, and editing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content that incorporates user feedback
• Develop and scale educational resources, including YouTube tutorials and Riverside University, to enhance user learning

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presentation style, demonstrated through video links
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced users
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
