Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop a comprehensive learning hub, and drive educational strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce video content from scripting to final cut
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University as a premier learning resource
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation skill set
- Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for various user levels
- Fluency in the content creation process and familiarity with industry terminology
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment and setups
