Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for the company's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and content quality.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and independently produce all video content from scripting to final editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning resource for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability, demonstrated through video samples
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content from raw footage
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences without oversimplifying
- Fluency in the content creation landscape, understanding the needs of creators
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
