Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce videos from scripting to final cut
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features upon release
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
