Owning the end-to-end product education process, the full-time remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos for YouTube, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content quality and user engagement.

Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation style, including links to relevant work
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences without losing depth
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, understanding content production and publishing
- Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
