Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education strategy, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and produce all video content from scripting to editing
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features upon release
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
• Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape
• Strong technical knowledge of video production equipment
