Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos for YouTube, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University as a comprehensive learning hub for users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and independently produce videos from scripting to editing
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content while integrating user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape
• Technical knowledge of video production equipment and setups
