Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the full-time remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy by scripting, shooting, and editing videos as the primary on-camera representative of Riverside
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features immediately upon release, ensuring high-quality content
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting and teaching abilities
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of video setup, including cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment
