Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos for the company's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content quality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and produce all video content from scripting to editing
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features upon release
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to integrate user feedback into the content lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability
• Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape
• Technical knowledge of video production equipment and setup
