Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos for YouTube, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the product education strategy and produce all video content from scripting to editing
• Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning resource
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to enhance content quality and incorporate user feedback

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
• Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape
• Strong technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
