Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce, script, and edit videos for the company's YouTube channel and develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub for users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and produce educational videos from scripting to final cut
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features promptly after release
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional content quality and incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability
• Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the content creation landscape and understanding of creator needs
• Technical knowledge of video production equipment and setups
