Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education strategy, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos, deliver demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy by scripting, shooting, and editing all video content
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content world, with a strong understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
