Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning product education end-to-end, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos for YouTube, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and produce videos from scripting to editing as the primary on-camera representative
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features immediately upon release
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presentation presence
• Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape
• Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
