Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and feedback integration.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and independently produce educational videos from scripting to editing
• Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning platform
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and user feedback integration

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability, demonstrated through video links
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content world, with a strong understanding of content creation and publishing
• Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, mics, and lighting setups
