Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content quality and user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and produce all video content, from scripting to editing
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final pieces independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape
• Knowledge of technical setup including cameras, microphones, and lighting
