Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos for the company's YouTube channel
• Develop and enhance Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability, demonstrated through a portfolio of video content
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products from raw footage
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced users
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a deep understanding of content creation and publishing
• Technical knowledge of video production setup, including cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment
