Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the full-time remote Video Education Manager will independently create and produce educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel, develop a comprehensive learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce product education videos from scripting to final cut, serving as the primary on-camera representative for Riverside
• Scale YouTube tutorials and build Riverside University into a premier learning resource for users
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content world, with an understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
