Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce, script, and edit product education videos for the YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub, and collaborate across teams to enhance content quality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and produce all video content independently
• Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a comprehensive learning platform
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting skills
• Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape
• Strong technical knowledge of video production equipment and setups
