Owning product education end-to-end, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos for the YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and drive the product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos as the primary on-camera representative of Riverside
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University to enhance user learning experiences
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting and teaching abilities
- Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content world with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
