Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the full-time remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user learning experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce videos from scripting to editing as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation style, including links to previous work
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content creation and publishing
- Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
