Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of video content, the full-time remote Video Production Director will manage the entire production process, ensuring alignment with brand goals and high creative standards while collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the creative vision for video content across multiple platforms and campaigns
• Direct productions, guiding visual style and storytelling during planning and execution
• Own the entire production process, including budgeting, scheduling, and post-production

Required qualifications:

• Eight to twelve years of experience in video production or related fields
• Proven success in managing production schedules and budgets
• Strong understanding of production operations and post-production workflows
• Experience directing on set and making real-time creative decisions
• Ability to build scalable content systems and manage multiple priorities
