Job Summary
To support exceptional guest experiences, the full-time remote VIP Relations Concierge will manage high-value client relationships, proactively address itinerary needs, and serve as the first point of escalation for the Concierge team.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of VIP members, building strong relationships and maintaining accurate guest profiles
- Own guests' journeys by anticipating needs, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless travel experiences
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex itineraries and high-value guest communications during irregular operations
Required qualifications
- 6 years of experience in a guest- or client-facing role within luxury hospitality, private or commercial aviation, or premium travel
- Hands-on experience with Darwin or an equivalent airline reservations system
- 1 year of experience with GDS work, including amending PNRs and processing exchanges
- Experience managing named client relationships
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar ticketing tools
