Job Summary
Providing high-touch service to VIP clients, the full-time VIP Travel Consultant will manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking complex domestic and international itineraries using a GDS system, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations accurately and efficiently using Sabre
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and provide expert recommendations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain service quality while meeting performance KPIs
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 5 years of experience booking corporate domestic and international travel
- Experience working with VIP clients and providing high-touch service
- Proficiency in using a GDS system, specifically Sabre
- Knowledge of federal travel regulations and ability to recommend cost-effective travel options
