Virginia Licensed Account Representative

Job Summary

Serving as a key point of contact for resolving accounts of deceased individuals, the full-time Virginia Licensed Account Representative will manage outbound and incoming calls, document accounts accurately, and negotiate payment arrangements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls to assist clients
• Accurately document accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
• Obtain necessary estate information and coordinate with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claims

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Licensed Debt Collector (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
