Job Summary

To lead one or more 7.5-week asynchronous course sections within the Online Master of Science in Marketing and Online MBA programs, the part-time Virginia Licensed Adjunct Faculty (Section Lead) will facilitate courses by engaging with students, providing feedback, and managing course content in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate assigned course sections by posting announcements, engaging in discussion boards, and offering weekly office hours
• Monitor student progress, grade assignments, and provide timely feedback to enhance learning outcomes
• Collaborate with the Faculty Lead and participate in weekly meetings to ensure adherence to course design and instructional guidelines

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in marketing or a closely related field, or an MBA with a concentration in marketing
• Significant expertise and relevant professional or instructional experience in marketing
• Experience providing instruction to adult learners in an academic or corporate setting
• Demonstrated excellence in communicating and collaborating in digital environments
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for a diverse student population
