Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the part-time Virginia Licensed Arbiter will arbitrate payment disputes, analyze documentation, and manage case files in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Arbitrate and decide payment disputes while remaining neutral and timely in writing determinations
• Review and summarize case facts, assess issues, and collaborate with technical and legal professionals as needed
• Research jurisdictional issues and interpret applicable regulations to ensure accurate and defensible decisions

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate preferred
• Certification in Arbitration preferred, required within one year
• Experience working with Microsoft systems, including SharePoint and Salesforce
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
