Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare operations team, the full-time Virginia Licensed Arbiter will arbitrate payment disputes, analyze documentation, and manage case files in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Arbitrate and decide payment disputes while determining jurisdictional issues as necessary
• Review and summarize case facts, requesting additional information when needed to support fair decisions
• Collaborate with technical and legal professionals to ensure accurate and defensible determinations are communicated clearly

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate preferred
• Certification in Arbitration is preferred, required within one year
• Experience working with Microsoft systems, including SharePoint and Salesforce
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills
