Job Summary
To support autism and behavioral health initiatives, the part-time Training and Technical Assistance Associate will coordinate training and technical assistance activities for the Regional Autism & Behavior Technical Assistance Network, providing expert consultation and support to educators and service providers in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-priority training and technical assistance activities for the Regional Autism & Behavior Technical Assistance Network
- Provide expert consultation and on-site/virtual support to school teams addressing significant behavioral challenges
- Guide the implementation of evidence-based practices and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Current National Board Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and applicable state licensure
- Extensive knowledge of evidence-based practices for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities
- Demonstrated ability to foster a respectful and professional environment with diverse populations
