Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst
Job Summary
To support autism and behavioral health initiatives, the part-time, fully remote Training and Technical Assistance Associate will manage key projects for the Regional Autism & Behavior Technical Assistance Network (RABTAN), providing expert consultation and technical assistance to educators and service providers.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-priority training and technical assistance activities for RABTAN
- Deliver on-site and virtual support to school teams addressing significant behavioral challenges
- Guide the implementation of evidence-based practices and maintain communication with stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Current National Board Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and applicable state licensure
- Extensive knowledge of evidence-based practices for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Demonstrated ability to foster a respectful and professional environment
