Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst
Job Summary
As an Independent Contractor (1099), the Board Certified Behavior Analyst will provide high-quality behavioral health services to clients ages 2-21 in a hybrid/remote setting, focusing on conducting assessments, developing treatment goals, and implementing Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations
- Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with clients and families
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements while providing direct care services
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, social work, education, or counseling
- Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst
- Ability to pass Child Abuse and FBI Clearances
- Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required
