Job Summary

To support a fast-paced legal tech environment, the full-time Virginia Licensed Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of court hearings, securing attorney coverage through proactive communication and negotiation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by actively managing open court hearings through phone, text, and email
• Negotiate fees in real time, handling counteroffers and maintaining profit margins
• Triage competing hearings and manage last-minute changes or urgent coverage gaps effectively

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, such as inside sales or account management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items simultaneously
• Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new platforms
