Job Summary
To enhance the stability and efficiency of production systems, the full-time Virginia Licensed IT Analyst will monitor critical applications, perform advanced troubleshooting, and manage incident resolution in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the health of production systems and applications using advanced monitoring tools
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and triage of incidents related to database and application performance
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and contribute to operational best practices and runbook development
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in IT production support or systems analysis
- Strong hands-on experience with Tidal job scheduler and ETL tools like Informatica
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL for effective database monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow and agile task management tools like JIRA
