Job Summary

To support a growing network of midlife providers, the part-time Virginia Licensed Menopause Provider will conduct synchronous video visits, assess symptoms, develop treatment plans, and manage medications for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause in a remote contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients and assess their symptoms
• Develop and adjust treatment plans, including prescribing medications when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and compliance standards

Required qualifications

• Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Virginia
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in menopause care, including hormone therapy management
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently
